SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped within three (3) business days.

ETHOS EYE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, as we will only ship to the address provided unless otherwise confirmed.

LOCAL SHIPPING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you do not receive this confirmation within five (5) business days, please contact us at info@ethos-eye.com with your order number.

Undelivered orders may be subject to cancellation unless alternative arrangements are made. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please reach out via email or send us a direct message on Instagram.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via DHL Express, with tracking details provided upon dispatch. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within five (5) business days, please contact us at info@ethos-eye.com with your order number.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable fees levied by your destination country.

RETURNS

All sales are final, and items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive the wrong item or size, please contact us immediately at info@ethos-eye.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
